We value our customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us!

• Product must be in good condition and in the original packaging.
• We are unable to accept returns without the original packing and/or opened and/or partial boxes.
• Returns will not be accepted if more than 60 days from purchase date
• 30% Restocking applies to all returns
• Custom or made to order items may not be returned
• We do not accept Open/Partial Box returns
• Customer is responsible for shipping back to MPS Pharma
• All returns will be pre-authorized and assigned an RMA number
• Non authorized returns will not be eligible for credit
