All syringe packs are triple-pouched for additional particle control between a facility’s material staging area, material pass through and final filling space. By removing layers between these critical particle generation sites, the triple layer packaging ensures this risk is minimized at the filling site
Syringes are packaged in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and sterilized via a validated gamma sterilization cycle
